I called 1stwindows from whom we bought a large amount of Milgard Tuscany windows. They did our service request for us even thought we bought the windows from them over 12 years ago. The repair man came just in time. He quickly replaced the windows. He also was very detailed and the windows were sparkling when he was done. I had trouble with a few older aluminum Windows. I called milgard windows and they immediately sent over a tech to evaluate. Within ten days the windows were replaced. Free. The company that installed our Milgard windows went out of business. I was concerned that we may have a problem getting a window replaced in home that had a stress crack. I called 1stwindows and explained the problem. our original sales person from years ago mentioned the we had accidental glass breakage insurance on the windows. About four-weeks later, I was contacted by the installer. He said that he had our window and asked if he could install it the following day.
