Amazing!! Troy and Arturo are AMAZING!!! We just ordered a window from Anderson and I wish I would have gone with Milgard! Even though Anderson is supposed to be High End.... Their Customer VALUE is a joke! These two men are amazing installers/glaziers. I can not say enough about them... My husband is a Glazier so if we hire a company to do a job, it better be top notch ... if I ever by another window I will buy Milgard they honestly are TOP of the LINE! We live in Phoenix and the weather is extreme. We ordered Milgard replacement windows and door for two reason quality of product and excellent warranty, the fact that they look pertty does not hurt either. We bought our windows from 1stwindows.com and installed them 10 years ago on a new house and we are so happy with them that when we decided to replace our aluminum windows in our main house we chose Milgard and they are a 100% improvement over what we had. As with anything, you have to put forth the effort when there is a warrantee issue. I couldn't ask for any more from the Milgard employees who handled my request.
