We have had several Milgard windows fail over the last ten years. I attribute at least some of this to the installation by our contractor. Milgard has replaced the failed windows with no questions asked and have records of the windows installed in our house to help identify the problem window. When the Milgard windows technician (Aaron) arrived for the install he noticed the items that were delivered did not match the items that were originally ordered completely, so he installed the items he could and assured me he would get the correct items ordered and would contact me when they came in to set up a second install of the correct items, which he did, about 3weeks later Aaron arrived back at my home and installed all of the correct items that I had ordered.Aaron did a great job, was very professional and did not leave till he made sure all the items and the work was done correctly.I'm very pleased with the final results of the work and with the way Aaron handled the mix up with the order!
