I installed Milgard Windows in my new custom house in Maui, Hawaii in 1995.Milgard has replaced quite a few of them over the last 22 years because the seal of the dual pane windows was broken. They have replaced them without costing me a penny with professional crew and factory substituted new windows.Their current crew assigned to Maui is excellent. Maui, HI (Maui County)

Only one call had to be made to request service. I contacted Milgard service to request servicing and the rep handled everything quickly and efficiently. Just as the rep explained, a phone call was made one business day before the scheduled service day to reconfirm. My service was done in two visits. The first visit was to assess the situation and make casement adjustments. The second was to replace some hardware. Both technicians were very personable, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and prompt. In short, they were professional in every way and reflect the company's excellence and high quality of product and personnel! My contractor has had prior experience with Milgard and this service reaffirmed his high opinion. I am so glad I now have a 'Milgard' house and highly recommend this company. I love Milgard windows/doors. After 2.5 years of having a whole hose package installed , I got foggy glass. Since I live in a condo, it's my only way out to the backyard so not having this door access was very frustrating. When I called the Milgard number, they were able to schedule someone to come out and fix it the very next week. I received a follow-up email and closer to the day of service, I received a phone call from the serviceman. He fixed it quite promptly and professionally. Thanks again, Milgard. Had three windows with issues. Was a little worried because my contractor never gave me a formal PO for the purchase, but no problem. I called, they walked me through how to locate the unique code on each window and were more than willing to come out a fix all three, at no charge. They even replaced broken glass which is usually not covered under the warranty. They called two days prior to confirm an appt. time and everything went smoothly. Hello from Jay who is Supervisor for Main Street Development We are a smaller scale home builder/developer company. These particular windows went into one of our new homes, we are building, and unfortunately, got broken during the offloading of drywall into the home.
