We didn't know what to expect out of a Milgards's warranty. We have had some so-so experiences with other Co's. So Milgard was a pleasant surprise. The Service Technician (Joaquin Carranza) was a top notch professional who did great work. We had our sliding patio door glide rollers replaced, one sliding window glide rollers replaced and a cracked window replaced. i am happy with milgard service and the windows. the issues have been with the door inserts with the blinds. apparently they are outsourced and they need to do more quality control. might be a saving to your company to have a review of these blinds before coming to the house to install them.. Only problem was it took 3 weeks to get an appt. Other than that service was best I could possibly hope for. Tech was friendly, quick and professional. You need a few more good men like him.
