I had all Milgard replacement for my windows and sliding patio door installed in my home 21 years ago. When the plastic part of the sliding patio screen latch finally broke, I tried to find a part at all the home stores, but ended up returning 5 different ones. I contacted Milgard via the website and was thrilled when I came home to a message from Sarah that they were sending me out a replacement compatible latch for my screen door. (the style is obsolete, and it is NOT under warranty) Today it arrived, and I once again have a locking patio screen door which my dog cannot nose open using the pet-guard I had to install several years ago.
