We have three buildings in San Francisco with Milgard windows. The windows cut out a huge amount of ambient noise as well as being energy efficient. The main reason I am writing is to say how terrific the service person Troy is. He has come a number of times to fix problems. We just recently purchased our windows at 1stwindows and are very pleased thus far. This product has certainly cut down on outside noise, which is great. Also, it doesn't seem as though our air conditioning is having to be set as high. We are very anxious to see how they retain the heat this winter, as we've been heating the outdoors for years.The windows look very clean and look great that we don't even want to place our old blinds and curtains back up that we've had to purchase new.Thank You, Paul & Nita S. Tech was great. My only issue with the Milgard service has nothing to do with the tech but with how the date is assigned - no talking to a person directly. To reschedule, it's a long wait again for a computer generated? date. Feels pretty cold and annoying. Northridge, CA (Los Angeles County)
