Johnny from Milgard Windows was the service tech that came out to my house to replace a glass door that had leaked under warranty. He called before hand and was on time to the appointment. He was respectful to our house, clean and worked swiftly. There were some unsuspected complications that came up but Johnny relied on his experiences and resolved the issue without and any hassle. I just want to say There time to get windows to the Las Vegas area is to long.It should take 2 weeks not 3.There windows are the best in North America.I have installed thousands.There service is always right on.Never had to use very much at all.You pay the price but get a better quality window and service.Go look at the other garbage out there and try to get a good window with service.There is no way you will find it. We are in our mid 60s and doing our last remodel. We wanted to buy Milgard because we live in Seattle they are a local company here in Washington. We got several bids from local dealers because we believe in buying local. We chose 1stWindows because they educated us on all the products and answered all our questions. The staff really seemed to care and we felt like we were family friend. Everything showed on time and our installer had all them in within two days. We moved into a 7 year old house, and after a year several of the window seals failed, leaving moisture between the panes. Much to our pleasure Milgard replaced all the panes that were faulty at no cost to us. I would purchase Milgard windows in the future. The techs were not as careful as I would have liked, leaving a small tear in one screen and a small gash in one of the window panes - but I am still very pleased with Milgard's service.
