I noticed mold on some of windows I had purchased over the 25 years ago. Not only did milgard windows replace, they assessed all my Milgard Ultra windows and found others that needed replacement. The only negative issue was scheduling. Due to how large windows were, they could not replace all, needed more people and that took a month. MILGARD replaced 10 panels of glass that were 25 years old, this August . We are the original owners & still in shock, that MILGARD actually stands behind their “Full Lifetime Warranty.” And they will continue to honor the warranty as long as we own our home. I have never experienced anything like this, ever, without a glitch of somekind. All they asked is that the windows were clean to verify the double pain seals were blown. One of the men who came out to replace the glass in our Milgard Tuscany window that we have had for 10+ years. They had to place the grids inside and out, meticulous work.
