I had what looked like streaks inside my sliding patio door glass. I've had the door for a number of years but found in the original paperwork that Milgard windows are life-time warranty so I submitted a service request online with a photo attached. The service appointment was scheduled and the service techs arrived on time in the time window they said. I thought they were just going to confirm it was a warranty issue but they had already decided that and brought a replacement and the old glass was replaced quickly. Superb no hassle service!

Service Tech was neat,friendly,& worked fast!

We installed Milgard windows approximately 15 years ago and have never regretted one penny we have spent on them. I always tell people it is the best investment we have ever made and is probably one of my favorite home improvements. Because we have loved our windows so much, several other people on our block have gotten them as well. Your customer service and warranty is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Milgard. The window was measured in March 2024 as the seal had failed. The 1st replacement was scheduled for June 2024 and when Milgard arrived, the glass was too thick. They said they would call me within one week to reschedule. At that time, they said they were too busy to install and would sub it out to another company and they would call me within a week to schedule. When 2 weeks went by, I called them and they said I wasn't on the schedule! I asked if I hadn't called, I would not have been put on the schedule and she said \Probably not\". So, installation was finally done today, Sept. 2, 2024. That is almost 6 months from my 1st phone call. The service techs were super efficient and nice. The change out of the window took about 10-15 minutes.I still love their product and warranty. " We like our Tuscany windows.

Wonderful service from Milgard. Tech was polite and cleaned up good.

I still have two windows to be replaced under warranty. For some reason the service rep could not find them on my order. The technician took the measurement and agreed they are Milgard windows and covered

The two representatives came on time and were very professional and competent. We were very impressed with Milgard's service.
