On time and Great Service

I called because the lock on our french door would no longer close. Milgard had a tech there the next day - he was clear about when he'd arrive, and was able to fix the door in just a few minutes. This could not have been a better experience. Mercer Island, WA

Service Tech was knowledgable about the system and quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem. At one point, it looked as if the repair would need to be delayed for the lack if a part which had apparently gone missing when the balance rod came loose. However after a closer examination of the area, it was located and the repair completed. Most techs would have immediately delayed the repair until a new part could be obtained. Lakewood, WA, USA

I spoke to Brandon with your customer service team. He was VERY helpful and professional in helping me solve an issue with a cracked window. He was very friendly and helped walk me through the process of identifying the window that was broken and helped problem solve when we discovered a home builder mixup that made the situation more difficult. Brandon went above and beyond my expectations and made getting a replacement easy.

don't let them retire. These guys know what they are doing, been at it for over 20 years. I have not seen them in about 5-6 years but they remain number 1 in repair work.

We have been happy with our windows.

I was very impressed with the expertise and helpful attitude of the service technician that came to our house today for some repairs on our recent Milgard windows and doors purchase. He did good work on the needed repairs, and answered all my questions.However, I was less impressed with the customer service personnel who set up the appointment. They were not very responsive or helpful, and the date of the appointment was scheduled for a long time out.
