All Milgard Product Reviews

We have been renovating and remodeling our homes for many years. My first Milgard experience was in 1990 for a major renovation/new construction in my personal home. Since then I have purchased many and only Milgard windows for my rental houses and personal residences. The quality and quick delivery from order date have been great. I have no reason to look anywhere else for windows and will be ordering and replacing more next spring. Thanks for the great quality, service and standing behind a great product. Very professional company to deal with, was easy to submit warranty claim online, good speed of response and setting up appointment to evaluate, timely replacement. Service techs friendly, professional, clean. Showed up on time, performed the task quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that they delayed appointment for installation until they could arrange for THREE technicians to do the job (VERY LARGE window in high, vaulted space). They know what they are doing, and the result was great. My only minor complaint has nothing to do with the (wonderful) Milgard Service at all, it is with the Milgard product policy that turns a \Lifetime Warrenty' into just a 10-year warranty as soon as a home is sold and changes hands. So basically, there windows suddenly become less reliable just because ownership changes? I'm worried that the other 3 windows in this quadrant may fail just after the 10-year warranty expires (and they are $4k each) as this one failed at 7 years. In our society, people move about every 4-7 years, so Milgard should reconsider this limitation to an otherwise excellent product. Again, amazing service, amazing personnel, don't want to detract from the overall positive experience I had with them by griping about company warranty policies! David " Forest Grove, OR, USA

We had service on two of our sliders...one 13 years old that was binding, and a 9 year old 4-panel slider that had it's track overflow with water in a recent torrential rain storm. The tech, Bobby, was able to remedy both situations and really went \above and beyond\", providing tips to avoid future problems. I couldn't ask for a better service call...prompt, polite, and complete! "

We had two windows that had issues. I submitted my request online and it took several weeks before a tech could get out. Tech came and my two windows that had issues were replaced within 30 minutes! We were very please with the service and would highly recommend Milgard windows to anyone!

Outstanding customer service! Our rep for Milgard is very professional , very pleasant person who does thinks very promptly with great quality work. Whole experience is real pleasure. The service tech arrived in the designated time frame and called 30 minutes in advance of his arrival. He was able to resolve the problem with my doors sticking to my satisfaction.

I have owned Milgard windows for at least 15 years and am extremely satisfied with the window and the service rendered when a window needs attention. This is very seldom in all these years but I have always been given high priority and issues have always been resolved quickly. This company really stands by their warranty and quality. The service rep was very helpful and the set up of the appointment was quick and painless. The service tech who came to the house was the best I've had visit my house for service out of any industry (cable, telephone, internet...)! He was friendly and a great person to talk to. Just a great experience and quickly replaced the glass. Looks great! Washington, WA
