The service rep was very helpful and the set up of the appointment was quick and painless. The service tech who came to the house was the best I've had visit my house for service out of any industry (cable, telephone, internet...)! He was friendly and a great person to talk to. Service good, BUT one window was marked for replacement, but technicians did not return to replace the last window, hence I cannot give you an excellent review. What you did was excellent, but you need to come back and finish your job.

From the phone representative to the technician, the service was prompt and professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem promptly. He explainted the problem and the resolution in terms I could understand. In addition, he answered all my questions.

We needed someone to come to the house to repair a couple windows. The appointment was made, we received the call with our 2-hour window and the service tech showed up at the beginning of the window. He assessed the problem immediately, resolved the small issue and was on his way. Very efficient and dependable!!
