Service tech explained what is happening to the Windows, the seals are breaking down allowing moisture to get between the glass pains, and what can be done to fix the problem. Now I'm waiting for Milgard to honor the life time warrantee.

Arrived on time. The techs had to take 3 flights of stairs while hold the large glass (about 88 inches). They did this successfully, no damage. It was installed within 20 minutes. Nice and friendly techs. The Window looks great.

We've had our windows for 10 years. Recently, we had 3 windows with failed seals between the layers of glass. That is normal for most windows. But, unlike other manufacturers, Milgard stand behind its windows for a lifetime. Thanks Milgard for being a reliable vendor! Lone Tree, CO, USA

Mark and Alex were the technicians providing the service. They were personable and professional during the entire service. They cleaned up after their work was completed leaving nothing for me to do. I was unfortunately out of the promised lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the windows. The sales rep was very professional in helping me to find this out, but then offered the help of providing the latches that I needed to fix the window. I used email so did not speak with anyone on the phone. The responses to my emails were prompt and it didn't take long to get my service scheduled.The service tech knew what he was doing and was very efficient. He was very knowledgable and gave me some good maintenance tips.Milgard has stood by their windows 100%. I have had great service from them.

During the initial visit, the window that needed replacement was too large to remove via our house because our stairway configuration wouldn't allow it to make the turn and clear the walls. Milgard returned today, 10/8, with a crew of 4 and removed and replaced the windows via our 2nd floor balcony. Everything went perfectly. Many thanks.
