These 20 window replaced 20 old wood broken windows in a victorian. they look like a proper 1900's window and the warmth factor is amazing. i am sure the electric and gas bill will be reduced greatly by the efficiancy of these double pane windows. The ease of maintenance from the upper story will save moving ladders around the outside of the house. overall a great product.

The repair service was excellent but we had no idea as to what time the repairman was coming. I called Friday and again Sunday before my Monday appt and left messages. I called Mon. morning, waited 15 min on hold and when the person answered, she apparently couldn't hear me since I was at work and she hung up. I called my husband to call and they said he'd be here 11:30-1:30. He hung up and the doorbell rang. It was just past 9:30. So a little mishap here.

I had a few windows fail, Milgard was able to work with my travel schedule and accomodate me. Fixed everything and even found a window that needed repair that I didn't notice,. Tech. was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job.

The fix, as it turns out, was a relatively simple one and the professional and courteous repair guy was in, finished and gone in a matter of minutes.

Tech did a great job, was on time and was professional with willingness to share advice etc. Scheduling was easy and well done.

This window is replacing a 17-year old off-brand double pane vinyl window that leaked moisture between the glass. I have one other Milgard window that has performed well, so I was pleased when our contractor selected Milgard as the replacement for this installation. So far, it looks good, fits well, slides easily and locks easily. Of course, only time will tell how well it holds up in this location, as compared to its predecessor.

You could not ask for better service and pride in what they do.
