It's so refreshing and wonderful to know that a company treats their customers with respect. Milgards warranty is not full of empty promises... they really do care about keeping all customers satisfied and are very quick to make sure all matters are taken care of in a timely manner. Our Milgard door lock was broken and we had doubts it would be covered because we've had the door for over 12 years. I called Milgard and found out the lock was covered by their warranty so they set up an appointment to have a tech come out to fix it. The installer originally showed up with a slider for the back door, when it was the Milgard door in the living room that was cracked. About 3-4 weeks later, the installer showed up with the correct slider. The material color matched.
