I'm impressed with 1stwinodws customer service from beginning to end! When I called and made an appointment I felt cared for and was able to easily set up an appointment. 1stwindows filled out the form for my Milgard service. I was called three days in advance to let me know the window of time they would be there and then I was called in 30 minutes before the Milgard window technicians arrived. They were courteous and kind and efficiently replaced the two windows that needed attention. They thanked me for my time and we're on their way within 15 minutes. I'd recommend this to anyone with Milgard windows and glad 1swindows recommended them. I'd recommend them and have confidence that I could call on them if necessary in the future. One of our Milgard windows had lost its seal. I called the installing company and they gave me the Milgard number. I expected a bit of a hastle and was very pleasantly surprised in calling Milgard and finding out that my problem was covered and a installer would contact me with a new window including installation. I was called with the approximate time of installation (I believe a 2 hour window) and called again to remind me of the appointment. I was again called by the installer when he was close to arriving. Bobby (the installer) introduced himself and promptly and efficiently solved the problem. He was personable and very professional. Warranty covered new windows done several years ago in Oregon.. Had to replace a bathroom window which was done as soon as possible because of \moisture\" leak. Without question or comment, this was done to our satisfaction. We are certainly glad our contractor in chose Milgard and we will use them again in our new 2nd home location in Arizona.
