22 years ago we had all of the windows in our home replaced with Milgard! I have never regretted the decision. I originally bought them through 1stWiindows and they picked up the phone on the 1st ring. The windows have performed like champs! As we were preparing to move, a home inspector noted that one of the windows had \failed\". There was a little bit of cloudiness noted only in direct sunlight...not normally noticeable. I called Milgard and within a couple of weeks they brought out a replacement and installed it in perhaps 15 minutes! The technician who came was amazing, focused, affable, conversational, and efficient! What a great experience! The lady, Betty, who coordinated it all was outstanding and understanding, even though the windows that we purchased were before their data base began. I was so pleased to find that the developer that we are using to build our new home in Arizona had switched to Milgard windows as a standard...now I will have excellent windows...and warrantied for life! We love our 10 year old Milgard Windows and just installed 21 more via Skyline Kitchen & Bath in Laguna Beach who installed the first set too. Two of the old ones needed replacing and Milgard took care of it as their warranty guaranteed it.
