We have Milgard Style Line windows in our home. Anytime a problem arose with one of the windows, Milgard was right there to stand behind their product. When doors made by another company needed replacing, we looked no farther than Milgard. Milgard is living up to its reputation. One of the doors needed adjusting and a Milgard service person was out, no questions asked, and fixed the door. They sell a quality product that is attractive, easy to operate and maintain. Everyone I dealt with at Milgard windows (in person or by phone) was friendly, respectful and professional. The in-home service tech arrived within the allotted window and completed the replacement in less than thirty minutes on my Tuscany window (at no charge). Way to go, Milgard!!! We live at the Villages and they take care of outdoor issues-we had 2 windows that leaked ,and they thought one had to do with the window. Milgard was very good to send Ramiro out. With his ladder he was able to tell that above the window the entire area needs to be calked!! We agreed to have the Villages calk the gaping area first before we do anything about the window. From the very first phone call 1stwindows regarding our service issue to the 1st phone call from Milgard Windows company the representative was very proficient and accommodating to resolve my widow problem. The service call the day before repair, was perfect with a time frame of 2:30 to 4:30 P.M. The repair/replacement man was here just a few min. after 2:30, very courteous, and did an excellent job. When he was finished I didn't think there was a glass in place, it was so clear, As a courtesy he also checked my patio door and corrected a little problem I had with drainage in the track.
