I just had a couple of windows serviced and I'm really happy with the service. The team who came was great -- the main guy showed me how to lubricate my windows, which was something I did not know about! It was clear he knew what he was doing. Customer service, appt. scheduling, guys that come out to look at the windows to determine if it's warranty repair, and the guys that actually did the repair on my windows, all were excellent. Good communication after the appointment is set. E-mails, reminder calls. Service techs even gave me a courtesy call saying they were running a little behind schedule due to ferry delays. They finished replacing the defective window glass on two windows in about an hour . One of them was a huge living room window. I was impressed by their proficiency. Great job all around. I had two sliding patio doors that were suffering from moisture between the panes. I submitted and email via the Milgard website which received a timely response for some additional information. Upon my return email an appointment was set for replacement. I received an appointment conformation before the set date. The tech arrived timely and quickly made the necessary replacement and repairs. I am very happy with Milgard and their warranty to replace windows that are 12 years old! One problem that we had was that the original measurements of our large windows was not correct. Thus, it had to be reordered and rescheduled, which took longer, but was resolved.
