Luis, who was excellent! Handled all 19 windows very well on his 1st visit..The other guy who came on 2nd visit for the same service req only handled one of my 19 windows reported. Even though the webpage asked for serial number and installation date, which I provided. This caused another delay but in the end Milgard honored their warranty so I am happy. Called in about a Milgard door that was beginning to fog. I had the original work order, so I simply fed them the dimensions, they quoted me an install date, they built a new door glass unit without coming out to measure, arrived on time and installed it in 15 minutes.
