The milgard windows email form was easy to use. I filled out which panel in my Tuscany sliding window was fogged. Communication regarding the service appointment was above par. We are located in Phoenix and used 1stwindows for our custom off-size Milgard windows put in our living room several years ago, with a lifetime warranty, and one of them recently had the fogging problem. I created a ticket on the Milgard website, someone came out and measured, and then yesterday the crew came and installed the replacement. We were very pleased with the Milgard service representatives that came out to the house. They were very considerate upon entering the residence. They were very knowledgeable on the window and how to repair the problem.. They did the best they could and did remedy the problem the best that they could. We had a sagging top frame. We are so thankful for choosing Milgard Windows over the other brands. They have replace a few windows that had broken seals. Each time this happened, a trained Milgard professional came out to look at the damage and take measurements. Another trained Milgard professional would then come out to install the new window. I was very impressed with the level of service. I had no idea that my windows and sliding glass door had a lifetime warranty. I have been in my house here for 21 years, the door started binding in the last few months. I looked up the manufacturer online to see if I could order new rollers that's how I discovered the warranty. I sent my request for service online and I got an email response a few days later, then soon after that I got a call from Milgard to set up the service call. the tech right away replaced the rollers, tightened the handle and now it works like new!
