We lived with our foggy Milgard Style Line windows for 7 years. I ran into a friend and they told me that Milgard windows have a lifetime warranty. I called the company expecting a hassle. I was promptly transferred to the service department where a girl apologized because they could not get someone out to our house for 2 weeks to take the measurements. I laughed because we'd already lived with the windows for 7 years so what was two more weeks. A service technician by the name of Juan came out two weeks later measured all of our windows about 10 days later he came back with another tech named Tim and installed all of our new windows. They were in and out in less than 2. Our windows look fabulous. He said if we ever had another problem to call Promptly and they would come out again. Wow- This was a big job, replacing many milgard windows of different sizes and types. I was expecting them to replace our 10-year old faulty e-glass windows begrudgingly, since they guarantee the replacing at their own expense. But the service coordinator over the phone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. The technicians were right on time, and did their job with efficiency and care.
