The Service Tech was there to replace 2 windows. He called ahead to let me know he could come early for the appointment. He and his assistant did a great job removing and replacing the 2 windows and completely cleaned up after themselves. Lake Isabella, CA (Kern County)

We had 2 different windows replaced via Milgard's warranty service in October 2025. We are very happy with the results! Those windows were \cloudy\" for several years; we didn't know that Milgard had a full lifetime warranty until we read the brochure that had been provided by our builder (Standard Pacific Homes) when we bought our new home from them in 2019. Sergio arrived right at the time Milgard had promised. Sergio was absolutely outstanding in his professionalism and I hope you recognize him as an outstanding service tech. His work was thorough, careful, and he took care to clean the work areas thoroughly. He couldn't have been more polite. At the time our windows were installed originally, we were promised a rod extension to reach a window for opening/closing, but we never received it. Sergio said he would notify Tanya in your office and she would make arrangements for the extension rod and call us. I am happy to go to Milgard's offices to pick it up when it arrives. A Milgard tech came to our house 3 times to replace two window panes. Apparently the person stocking the truck did not put the correct window panes on the truck... twice. This seems like something that could be checked before they leave their site. During the replacements, one of the new panes had a tiny scratch in it. I don't think I would have noticed if he had not pointed it out, but the tech came to replace it again. This honesty and quality control was very much appreciated and a nice surprise for us! Overall, they have great service. Just a little frustrating that we had to have a friend be at our house three times to let techs in since we are both working. Keep up the honest service, Milgard!
