I contacted Milgard service via email & got a prompt/courteous reply. I was able to explain the issues regarding our windows quickly & submitted photos. Service was scheduled easily, we got a phone call a couple of days before confirming the arrival time, the tech was prompt & professional. I thought it would be more of an issue because I have black trinsic arched windows but the two Milgard workers did it in no time at all. Purchased Milgard awning windows because of very good price and more importantly, an excellent warranty.We live in a very rural area, so service was a concern. It proved to be no problem, until just recently. We had a problem with one of our windows and it took on month before a service technician could be scheduled to repair the problem. Once he arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Steve was our tech and he has been here several times in the past. He was an excellent representative for Milgard and the people we deal with making our appointment were very nice, but the time frame for receiving service definitely needs improvement.
