We had problems with our Milgard Trinsic Windows and two sliding glass doors and one bedroom window that leaked in between panes...the doors were hard to open and close due to worn rollers. The rollers were replaced and a new window was installed. We were very impressed by the two young men that performed the Milgard service. They called us before they arrived and were prompt...we are very pleased. We boutght our Milgard Windows and doors from 1stWindows and very pleaese with their follow up even after the sale. We had a window problem (our 3rd) and they were here and fixed the problem promptly. Buying double-pane windows at altitude is a problem but they continually stand by their products. I would buy from them again (we purchased 22 windows and a patio door!). I did ask the tech to make a quick visual inspection of all my windows before he left and he said \no problem\". I'm sure his intention was good, but I happened to get a call just as he was finishing up and never checked my other windows. But, if I have a problem again, I know they will be here to resolve it. Juan from Milgard Windows and his apprentice came and promptly took of the problem with our Milgard Trinsic sliding doors. The new parts were installed and tested to our satisfaction. Juan proceeded to look at the two sliders and check for wear and tear. He lubricated the doors and instructed us on how to perform minimal maintenance to keep the doors in top shape. We purchase Milgard Tuscany Single Hungs from 1stWindows. There were a couple of small issues. The Milgard customer service representative, Bill, was friendly and resolved the issues noted in the inspection report. We still need some refinishing of the cabinets throughout the house and have contacted Robson Customer Service to request a work order. 1stWindows followed though on the service issues and made sure we were taken care of . The technician installed the missing parts that I needed for the security max package for my Milgard sliding door. I also had an issue with my Milgard Tuscany casement window which they adjusted and not it works fine. Manhattan Beach, CA
