I had an issue with my casement Window. This ended up causing me to miss a day of work. Milgard had Saturday appointments but I really didn't want to wait the extra time. The tech came on time and did the repair in just under an hour. The guy was really fast and clean. I bought my windows online from 1stWindows and the one thing that they had me change was to add breather tubes to compensate for the altitude. You dont want your windows to be like that bag of chips that you brought up the mountain they said that want to burst open. Milgard Tech was on time, quick and friendly. Overall service was good. Not to pleased on how long it took to return my call after placing online service ticket. The service tech did say that the window he replaced had been installed improperly by our contractor. There were 4 windows installed and 2 doors the last time I am hoping that the rest were installed properly. The issue at hand was a door. However with with their commitment to service I know that if they were not they will immediately rectify any issues we have. We would buy them again. Indio, California (Riverside County)

I had 2 milgard windows that needed to be replaced due to fogging up. I bought them 5 years ago. The technician that responded was Hector and he was very professional and quite knowledgeable. I purchased a home in Mammoth that was a total fixer upper. I needed to save money because we were way over budget. I bought my window package from these guys. My order was mostly sliding and a couple of patio doors. I chose the Tuscany series . Process was easy and went over passive solar so i get a little heat through my windows in the winter but block much of the heat in the summer. From my initial contact with Customer service whom started to see how she could help to resolve my issue. And setting up a tech to fix the problem. Plus the tech contacting me when he was going to show up and replacing the window. I would say I give Milgard 5 stars for standing behind there product and the people that make it happen. Milgard Windows scheduler called and left a message with that the appointment time for the tech to be onsite would be 5:30-7:30 pm CST. The tech called on the appropriate day to see if we were available earlier than our 3:00-5:00 appointment, since he had morning cancelations. There was clearly a difference in the two times. We were able to make arrangements to meet him at 3:00, so all was well. He was outstanding. Attention needs to be paid to the scheduling dept.
