I originally wanted to by Ultra but the knowledgeable staff at 1stWindows talked to me about the harsh sun in Tucson. He made a good point that my old single pane aluminum windows have not failed they just are not efficient. So i purchased Milgard aluminum doors with all the bells and whistles. This is the SECOND time we've had service for the same window for the same problem (a lock that didn't lock) for Milgard Trinsic sliding windows installed in August, 2024. I was a little bit upset it took another two weeks to get the service technician Jason out to fix the same problem, especially since the first time it didn't take care of it.
