I was very pleased with the Milgard Lifetime Guarantee. From the first call I made to arrange the repair/replacement work to completion everything went smoothly. The Service Techs arrived during the specified timeline and were very pleasant and professional. I am so glad that I had Milgard install my windows when we decided to install dual pane windows. We had Milgard vinyl windows installed this Fall and love them! Upon installation, the installer noticed a chip out of one of the windows. He set us up for a replacement under warranty with Milgard. Your techs provided excellent service in a timely manner. One issue, though, just showed up. The large double hung window they repaired (lower sash) now has a problem with the upper sash that wasn't there before. I FOUND THE FELLOWS THAT CAME OUT TO REVIEW AND SERVICE MY CLAIM WERE EXCELLENT REPAIRING MY MILGARD DOOR. THEY WERE HERE AT THE PROJECTED TIME AND WORKED ALONG TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK IN GOOD TIME. THEY LEFT THE WORK PLACE CLEAN AND MANAGED THE JOB PROFESSIONALLY. THE SERVICE TO GET THEM HERE WAS SLOW. MY CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED IN A TIMELY WAY. Milgard was a little slow final resolution of problem from initial call to final installation of style line replacementWindows - more than two months.The workers who initially measured and did the installation were quick and efficient. I was notified by phone of their approximate time of arrival and then about a half hour before arrival.We are very pleased with our Milgard windows and with the service representatives.
