Incomplete Service Appointment
i had an initial warranty service appointment that took 6 weeks to schedule. Last week, the technician replaced the balancers on only 2/3 of the windows in the house. I don't know why he didn't replace all of them. I had to call to have a second technician come to the house, and was told that appointment was available in another 5-6 weeks. After speaking to a manager in customer service, i was able to get a 2nd technician out to complete the 1st technicians work within a week. What a run around. I'm very disappointed in the 1st technician.

Installation went great. Very Professional
Unfortunately the first set of replacement windows had some flaws in them and so they cancelled my appointment the day of the install necessitating my taking 2 days off work to accommodate them. They seemed unconcerned about that. But when the windows actually got installed the installation team was great and did a great job. The windows look beautiful and I couldn't be more impressed with the integrity of This company to stand good on their warranty, without trying trying to worm their way out of it. I would highly recommend Millard window company!

I am glad that I went with Milgard for my windows. Had aproblem with some fungus building up inside one of mywindows. Called them, and they were very prompt aboutgetting the situation taken care of. Great service and agreat company!!!! Wouldn't hesitate to do business witha very quality oriented company again.
