Great experience and bang for the buck

The service technicians showed up as scheduled. They were quick quiet and very polite. Replaced my glass insert in sliding glass door so quick I was suprised.They gave me a great impression of well trained professionals. I would highly recommend Milgard windows for your next investment. Lifetime warranty and professional service with a smile. (Who wouldn't like that?)

Outstanding service

The rep was here right at the scheduled time. He not only fixed our broken window in just a few minutes but also corrected the problem with two other windows that were getting hard to open. Very friendly and professional rep. Could not possible asked for any better service.

Lacks efficiency

The first trip for my window repair was a waste of my time and Milagards I gave all the measurement to the person on the phone the repair tech had to make a trip for nothing. Then 6 weeks later I had to take more time off work to do the job he could of done in one trip. The service is great warranty is amazing but to take 2 half days off work for a 30 min repair is unacceptable. The tech was great and did a great job can say enough about his professionalism. Thank you
