Excellent Service

We are the second owners of our home, and were excited to find that our windows were still covered under warranty since our home is less than 10 years old. The service team was prompt to respond to my request for information, and in sending out an agent to repair the window. Everyone along the way was professional and prompt. We are thankful for the great service we received.

Great from the beginning!

From the moment I called, the service has been wonderful! Patty has been so incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions and just a joy to speak with. Brad came out yesterday and was very professional, quick and explained everything as he went along. I had purchased balancing rods for 13 windows and was so very impressed that he said I only needed to replace them in 2 windows. Love the honest and integrity! Thank you Milgard!!
