I was extremely pleased with the service I received It's not often that a company stands behind their product that they return after 15 years to make adjustments. My entire home has Milgard windows and doors, and after 15 years of children and pets, I called about a few adjustments to my doors. A repairman arrived and got my doors working like new! Milgard stands behind their products. We had Milgard windows installed in our home when it was built in 1994. The folks at Milgard really know the meaning of customer service and truly stand behind their products. We installed new Milgard vinyl windows in our house approximately 15 years ago. 7 of the windows had seals that apparently broke allowing moisture inside the double panes, which caused the windows to fog up. We contacted Milgard and the friendly person answering the phone scheduled a technician to come out and replace all 7 panes of glass for free just like the warranty states. The tech was also friendly, on time and did a great job of promptly replacing the glass. It would have been great if the seals did not break, but since they did we we very impressed with the no-hassle way Milgard honored their lifetime warranty. We could not be happier. Thanks Milgard! From the first contact I had with the online request for my repair service, the procedure was nice and simple. Milgard responded to my request by asking me for information on my the windows and doors. After submitting that information, within a few days I received a call as to when the glasses were to be delivered and when the repair would be done. We replaced our old windows with Milgard double pane windows 15+ years ago. All along we've been very happy with them. Recently, two of them didn't quite work well,I contacted Milgard customer service, a couple weeks later Milgard contacted us with a repair date. I was thrilled that they followed up since my windows were over 15 years old and wasn't sure if they were going to contact us. They just came as they promised and fixed it, within 20 minutes!
