We live in Northwest Washington and have Milgard Style Line windows on entire home installed in 2003. We had a failure of insulating glass on large fixed window and called in the service request with measurements. On initial service call it was discovered that size was too small so service was immediately rescheduled. On day of service we received a call that replacement window was broken during loading and that rescheduling for service would be expedited. No charge service was confirmed less than two weeks later and the installation went perfectly at the end of an infrequent snow event in our area. Installers Guillermo and Chris completed the installation with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. They receive a 10 rating on the 10 scale for the work. We've had our Milgard windows for almost 15 years with no problems. One window developed a shadow so I requested a repair. I made my request on your website with followup via email. Replaced all our windows with Milgard vinyl replacement windows in Fall, 2015. Very happy with them.Have had to make a couple of calls for minor warranty repair/adjustments since then and have always been very satisfied.
