The window was measured in March 2024 as the seal had failed. The 1st replacement was scheduled for June 2024 and when Milgard arrived, the glass was too thick. They said they would call me within one week to reschedule. At that time, they said they were too busy to install and would sub it out to another company and they would call me within a week to schedule. When 2 weeks went by, I called them and they said I wasn't on the schedule! I asked if I hadn't called, I would not have been put on the schedule and she said \Probably not\". So, installation was finally done today, Sept. 2, 2024. That is almost 6 months from my 1st phone call. The service techs were super efficient and nice. The change out of the window took about 10-15 minutes.I still love their product and warranty. " We like our Tuscany windows.

Wonderful service from Milgard. Tech was polite and cleaned up good.

I still have two windows to be replaced under warranty. For some reason the service rep could not find them on my order. The technician took the measurement and agreed they are Milgard windows and covered

The two representatives came on time and were very professional and competent. We were very impressed with Milgard's service.

After a bathroom window shattered (just one of the two panes in the moving sash), the woman I spoke with in service - Tanya was her name, I believe - was extremely helpful in helping me get a replacement window under warranty and explaining why the previous one likely broke. She was easy to understand, empathetic, and friendly... and I appreciate it! Also, a friendly shout-out to Kemp's Windows in Oak Grove, OR, for guiding me to the factory number and helping me find the order number for the windows on the phone at 9 in the morning. They were also super-helpful and kind. Note: no in-home service rating given, since, for expediency reasons, I'm going to get the replacement from will-call and install it myself. Portland, OR

Great service. Good advice over the phone and very expert in-home service personnel. Arrive on-time and fixed the minor problems I had with a window and a sliding door.

Had a problem with my window. Called Customer Service and Maryann was just great. Service came out within the time block (thankfully a small block to have to wait- not one of these \all day sometime\" things) and fixed everything in about 20 minutes.
