In 2004 I installed 80 full size Milgard windows. The windows are exposed to heavy winds and weather. In 22 years I have had a minor amount of broken window seals.The replacement has always been on time and very professional. Milgard provides very excellent service after the sales.. Our service tech showed up on time, was awesome in assisting us with the issues we had with our windows. We are original owners of our home, and have been in it for over 15 years. Milgard promptly responded to our 25-year old fogged window. There was no \push-back\" about our concern and the crew doing the work arrived as scheduled (actually a little early) and quickly and professionally performed the replacement and cleaned up afterward. Called the Milgard customer service with an inquiry about warrently on my 15 year old windows. Two of the double paned windows in my house were showing signs of leakage between the two panes. The customer service rep worked with me to determine sizes of the windows, requested photos from me, and then went to work. Thirty days later a traveling Milgard service person came with two new windows, installed them within an hour, and left. NO charge to me. Now when they say lifetime warranty, they mean it. My old windows just didn't work and not efficient at anything. I replaced them with some new Milgard Tuscany windows that I bought from these guys.
