Milgard rocks when it comes to service.

On June 14th Milgard sent 2 techs to our home over 2 hours from Tualitan. Vlad and Stan were awesome. Fixed our door and adjusted windows. They both were very professional and both had very good customer service skills. I see why we bought all 11 windows from Milgard. Great life time warranty. Your office help was also awesome. Outstanding service from 1st call to last window installed.

Everyone I talked with were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond the required service. Today the technician called telling us he was on his way and the approximate time of arrival. He was very neat in appearance and knew his job well. In no time at all he had replaced all four windows that had failed. He was a top notch technician. Please forward my thanks to him for his professional attitude and service. I'm pleased we installed Milgard windows when we built our home. Thanks so very much for your service taking care of our problem.

Arranging warranty service was challenging

Establishing validity for warranty service on an older window was onerous and time consuming and took many phone calls and sending of info. Once established, the closest appointment was over two months out. The onsite technicians who came to the house were prompt, courteous and did a great job. If you need warranty service, plan ahead. It is not a fast fix.
