Overall, I love my windows and the service I have received from Milgard these past 11 years. My disappointment in this recent transaction was in the fact that after my initial online request and automatic reply from Milgard, I did not hear from them. I finally called three weeks later to ask when my appointment was going to be set. Little did I know that it would be nearly two months after the initial request. They said they would call the night before to confirm the timeframe of the service. Well, they e-mailed an old e-mail address (after I gave them my e-mail address which they had because they e-mailed me) so I had no idea when they were coming. I finally called the next day mid-morning to find out they were coming that afternoon. The driver called me to say he was running early and if I would be home. I appreciated the notice that gave me time to be home. The service was done professionally and everything was left clean afterwards. I really do like Milgard, but I was disappointed with the time lag and inconsistencies regarding contact on this particular service. I have replaced about three other windows with absolutely no qualms.

Technician arrived on time and performed replacements without a hitch. He even answered questions about the product. Great Service Millard. Our view looks new again.

I am so impressed with Milgard. We installed the windows 20 years ago. It said therewas a lifetime replacement, but I didn't quite believe it. They have been great. They costa little more in the beginning but were well worth it. I would recommend Milgard toanyone.
