I was very impressed with the expertise and helpful attitude of the service technician that came to our house today for some repairs on our recent Milgard windows and doors purchase. He did good work on the needed repairs, and answered all my questions.However, I was less impressed with the customer service personnel who set up the appointment. They were not very responsive or helpful, and the date of the appointment was scheduled for a long time out. Inglewood, CA (Los Angeles County)
