Arrived on time. The techs had to take 3 flights of stairs while hold the large glass (about 88 inches). They did this successfully, no damage. It was installed within 20 minutes. Nice and friendly techs. The Window looks great. Fremont, CA (Alameda County)

We've had our windows for 10 years. Recently, we had 3 windows with failed seals between the layers of glass. That is normal for most windows. I was unfortunately out of the promised lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the windows. The sales rep was very professional in helping me to find this out, but then offered the help of providing the latches that I needed to fix the window.
