We had two windows that had issues. I submitted my request online and it took several weeks before a tech could get out. Tech came and my two windows that had issues were replaced within 30 minutes! The service rep was very helpful and the set up of the appointment was quick and painless. The service tech who came to the house was the best I've had visit my house for service out of any industry (cable, telephone, internet...)! He was friendly and a great person to talk to.
