All Milgard Product Reviews

We just bought 12 Milgard Trinsic windows and a couple doors. They just got installed over the weekend and we noticed big differences. They look great in the black vinyl color, much more quieter than our old windows, and they really block the heat for the windows that are exposed to sun. Our house just seems more sound/tight. I had Milgard Ultra fiberglass installed. They are the perfect choice for my patio and very happy with my choice. They opened up my family room and we enjoy the much needed daylight. I contacted Milgard service via email & got a prompt/courteous reply. I was able to explain the issues regarding our windows quickly & submitted photos. Service was scheduled easily, we got a phone call a couple of days before confirming the arrival time, the tech was prompt & professional. I thought it would be more of an issue because I have black trinsic arched windows but the two Milgard workers did it in no time at all. Purchased Milgard awning windows because of very good price and more importantly, an excellent warranty.We live in a very rural area, so service was a concern. It proved to be no problem, until just recently. We had a problem with one of our windows and it took on month before a service technician could be scheduled to repair the problem. Once he arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Steve was our tech and he has been here several times in the past. He was an excellent representative for Milgard and the people we deal with making our appointment were very nice, but the time frame for receiving service definitely needs improvement.
