I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish. From the service center ,to the evaluator ,to the service providers everyone was polite, competent and professional. Installers took their shoes off each time they entered the home and cleaned up behind themselves. Scheduling was out a little longer than you would hope but all scheduled dates and times were met.I would definitely recommend the product and service.
The In-home service Techs are top notch
Your In-home service techs are truly superb professionals. Had they been called immediatley by your area representative and been scheduled to come to our home sooner I would have felt better about giving a higher overall rating of our experience with Milgard. It was such a struggle getting your area rep to our home following the initial instal in order for him to assess the issues with the original doors. Once the actual In-home techs arrived they immediately saw the problems, made temporary corrections to the doors, and ordered replacement panels.
