Arrived on time. The techs had to take 3 flights of stairs while hold the large glass (about 88 inches). They did this successfully, no damage. It was installed within 20 minutes. Nice and friendly techs. The Window looks great. Fremont, CA (Alameda County)

We've had our windows for 10 years. Recently, we had 3 windows with failed seals between the layers of glass. That is normal for most windows.
