I was impressed with Tanya's response and accommodation via online service. She answered all my questions and set up appointment for service technician. Steve the technician not only replaced window but also fixed some other issues I had with springs in other windows. He also adjusted my sliding screen door.It all works beautifully now. The initial service call was to replace three windows but the service tech only had one of the windows on the truck when he arrived. I had to wait an additional month for the remaining two windows to be replaced. I had what looked like streaks inside my sliding patio door glass. I've had the door for a number of years but found in the original paperwork that Milgard windows are life-time warranty so I submitted a service request online with a photo attached. The service appointment was scheduled and the service techs arrived on time in the time window they said. I thought they were just going to confirm it was a warranty issue but they had already decided that and brought a replacement and the old glass was replaced quickly. Superb no hassle service!
