I needed a window replaced and called for service. Several days later I was given a 2 hour window when the person would show. He was actually early. When he entered my home, he removed his shoes without being asked. He removed the bad window, put on cotton gloves and replaced the glass and then the window. Total time was less than 15 minutes. The installers were quick and efficient, no problems there. Customer service was good. The only negative is the long appointment wait time, it took 3 months to get an install date! There seems to be a lack of Milgard techs/office in my area (Orange County) the techs had to come from Temecula - that's over 70 miles away, to me, a big company such as this should have more area representatives. Customer Service was excellent from Service Rep on the phone through the Service Tech that performed the installation work in my home.
