My two Milgard Window service technicians arrived when scheduled. They fixed my problems! The issue wasnt really Milgards it was the installer we had. It took a a little while for the service to come but it was worth the wait. I bought my Milgard Black Trinsic Windows online from 1stWindows.com and saved a lot of money. When it tame to service 1stWinodws filled out the service request for my lifetime warranty. The Milgard service tech explained limits to window design to handle extreme rain/wind storms (we face the ocean). Drilled additional \weep\" holes to provide added overflow problems.
