After learning where the number was on the frame of the window... requesting service and boom. New windows when I got home from a 3 week trip. Great service and got me thinking about Milgard windows for my Cabin... Cheers,Balmost perfect
my original doors arrived and the fit, it wasn't quite proper on the closure. Had an inspection and the doors were warped. Offered to replace the door no questions or hassle at all. Took over a month for the new doors but that wasnt the end of the world. The tecs arrived on time to replace the doors. They were the right doors, they installed them quickly. The were careful about closing my gate and not to let the dog out. Very nice guys. The only thing is that they left several giant black handprints on the wood interior side of the doors. It wouldnt matter if I were planning to paint but I am staning the doors. I hope they sand off. I regret that I have to now clean up the dirty prints. They left handprints in 8 different places.Used internet and email - worked just fine
