Our home is 20 years old with Milgard windows. A month ago we had a window that was fogging. The service technician replaced this window and we had a question about another window. He looked at this window and said it should be replaced. He then said while I am here why don't I look at all of the windows in the house. He did this and ended up with a list of 12 to 15 windows he thought should be replaced. They have all been replaced.It is nice to know that Life Time Warranty means Life Time Warranty to Milgard. I started buying Milgard Windows from 1stWindows many years ago. I can tell you these guys know Milgard Windows like the back of their hands. They can be a bit cautious. Every time I order there is a questionnaire they ask me before placing the order. Its actually a good thing because every once in a while it prompts a code violation which can be costly. For my current project I had noise reduction, security glass, fire concerns, and efficiency questions. The owner go me on the phone and gave me great information. Now the windows are in and the customer loves the Milgard windows security and sound reduction. I do price check 1stWindows.com from time to time and they are always the least expensive.
