Following sizes meet bedroom window minimum egress codes: 3060, 3650, 3660, 4050,4060.
Solid Vinyl, heavy wall, multi-chambered frame with fusion welded corners for strength, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance
Frame depth is 2-3/4" at base and 3-1/4" overall, with a gradual tapered frame design.
Nail-on frame has a 1" long, integral, pre-punched nail fin located 7/8" from the exterior surface.
Top and bottom vents tilt-in allowing for ease of glass cleaning from inside the house.
Adjustable spiral balance system allows vent to tilt inward and disengage for removal without the use of tools. Balances are covered with special extruded vinyl covers.
Dual glazed windows are glazed with 3/4" overall insulated glass, providing a minimum of 1/2" airspace.
Double, durable fin seal weatherstripping is used on all vent panels for air-tightness.
Attractive European designed latching handle is standard.
Windows may be stacked (over & under) or mulled (side by side) with other Superior vinyl windows using a "snap together' adapter (frame depth and shape will vary).
Available in White or Almond color. Also available in Driftwood out/White inside.
Full size removable screens are made with 3/4" x 3/8" aluminum roll formed screen frame and 18 x 16 charcoal fiberglass mesh.
Net frame sizes for Nail-on: call-out minus 3/8" width & 3/8" height
Sloped sill windows are measured from inside of the window and have a 1/2" longer exterior leg. Length of exterior leg may be cut or trimmed in the field before installation.
Two jamb adjustment screw sets provide frame adjustment at the center of the jamb during installation.
