Step 1: Measuring for your windows
Go on to Step 2 if:
a) You already have your window measurements
b) You can have you contractor measure for you or 
c) You already have an existing bid for your windows.

The first step is to measure your window sizes.

Once you have done this move on to Step 2

Step 2: Shopping and pricing your windows
Now that you have your window list and sizes, it's time to go shopping.
START BY CHOOSING A MANUFACTURE. JUST CLICK ON A LOGO

 
After you choose your manufacturer, you will be taken to the next page. Choose (click on) your desired windows style. We selected International Windows, then Horizontal Sliding Windows, then XO or OX. (X is always the moving panel)


Here is what you will see next:

1. We named our window location Master Bedroom.

2. Choose the number of windows that you want in this style.
 (If you need 3 of these exactly the same way then enter 3).
3. Choose your options by clicking on any of the arrows.

4. When you're done, click add to cart and move on to your next window selection.

To make changes to what you have added to your cart,  click the alter
cart button at the bottom of the page. It appears once you have added an
item to your cart by clicking the add to cart button.



Step 3: Checking Out
When your ready to purchase your windows
click the check out button and follow the easy steps. 
1stwindows does not charge your credit card when you input
your credit card information ordering windows in our shopping cart.
The information is sent to us via secure email and is held in strict confidence.
We hold the card as a deposit for your window order and after placing your
order online one of our customer representatives will phone you and review
your order, just like your local dealer. 

Shipping is $75.00 per order, per manufacturer (not per window)  unless
your order total exceeds $2,000.00 per manufacturer in which case shipping
 is free! If your order consists of more than one manufacturer's product, shipping
would be $150 unless each manufacturer's order amount is at least $2,000.

Step 4: Delivery
Within 36 hours of the order review we will let you know of your delivery date and approximate delivery time. We will also phone you the day before the delivery just to remind you and let you know within a three- hour window what time your windows are to be delivered. All windows are delivered by the factory direct to you or your job site.
